Chatta med artisterna på MTV-galan

Yahoo! låter fansen i Europa chatta med artisterna på MTV-galan

Yahoo! och MTV låter fansen i Europa chatta med artisterna på MTV-galan. Exempelvis kommer artisten och MTV-galans värd Wyclef Jean delta i en chatt före showen. Under själva showen kommer man kunna chatta med andra artister som Darude och Guano Apes. Samarbetet mellan Yahoo! Europe och MTV Europe kommer synas på ett antal av de båda företagens sajter.
Chattar kommer finnas på Yahoo!-sajterna i Sverige, Danmark, Frankrike, Tyskland och Spanien, samt de sju europeiska MTV-sajterna (England, Norden, Tyskland, Italien, Frankrike, Polen och Spanien).

Yahoo! Europe today announced that it will be the exclusive chat provider for the MTVi Europe, the online division of MTV Networks Europe, and the 2000 MTV Europe Music Awards being hosted in Stockholm on November 16th. Yahoo! will be hosting the chat from Stockholm between 20:00 and 22:00GMT (21:00 and 23:00CET) and will be welcoming a host of top celebrities coming up from the show floor to chat online with their fans. Confirmed stars so far include Guano Apes and Darude, and there will be lots more on the night.

The chats will be promoted online across the Yahoo! Europe network (http://uk.chat.yahoo.com, http://fr.chat.yahoo.com, http://de.chat.yahoo.com, http://dk.chat.yahoo.com, http://se.chat.yahoo.com, http://es.chat.yahoo.com) and across 7 MTVi sites (U.K., Nordic, Germany, Italy, France, Poland, and Spain). They will also feature in the MTVi promotional TV spots and on the set during the webcast of the awards (www.mtv.it, www.mtvhome.de, www.mtv.co.uk, www.mtve.com, www.mtv.pl).

To participate in the chat users simply go to their local Yahoo! or MTV site, click through to the Chat room (users will need to complete a simple registration procedure if they are not currently registered with Yahoo!).
